When you approve your quote, we collect a 10% deposit upfront to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is charged after the service is completed and you are satisfied. We accept all major credit cards, and payment can be made securely online.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my cleaning?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. If canceled within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?

No, we bring all necessary supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, we’re happy to accommodate.

How long does a typical house cleaning take?

Cleaning time depends on the size of your home and specific services, but most jobs take between 2 to 4 hours.

Are you bonded and insured?

What are Madri Cleaning’s business hours?

We operate Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekend or evening cleanings are available by special request only.

Can I make requests outside of business hours?

Yes – we have an AI-powered virtual answering assistant available after hours. Simply dial the extension for the virtual attendant, leave your request, and our team will review it on the next business day.

What if something is damaged during cleaning?

In the unlikely event of damage, we will inform you immediately and work with you to repair or replace the item.

How does cancellation or rescheduling work?

You can cancel or reschedule at no cost if done at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or on the same day, a 50% fee applies. As a reminder, you will always receive an email 48 hours before and a SMS 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Madri Cleaning is a cashless company. Payments are processed securely online via Stripe. You may pay by invoice sent to your email or through automatic debit after each visit. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (where available). Note: All payments are subject to Florida Sales Tax and card processing fees.

Can I book a one-time cleaning service?

Yes, we offer one-time cleaning services, as well as recurring services like weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings.

Do you provide cleaning supplies, or should I have them ready?

We provide all professional cleaning products. We only ask clients to provide trash bags and paper towels. If you’d like us to use a specific product, simply leave it on the counter and notify our office. Our microfiber cloths are washed and sanitized after every use.

Can you clean my home if I have pets?

Absolutely! We are a pet-friendly company, and our staff is trained to work with care and respect around pets. However, we do not handle pet waste or litter boxes. If your pet has special needs (anxiety, space restrictions), please let us know in advance. We use cleaning products formulated to minimize harsh chemicals and reduce strong odors. These products are commonly used in homes with children, pets, and allergy-sensitive individuals. Product safety data sheets are available upon request.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No – you may provide us with access instructions such as a key, alarm code, smart lock access, or garage code. Our technicians will handle everything securely and professionally, even if you’re not home.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours after the service, ideally with photos or videos. We will send our team back to correct the issue. We do not offer refunds — our commitment is to make it right.
